LB 859 is one of the most IMPORTANT bills right now because of the precedent it sets!

It would put Lancaster DHM's pertaining to an epidemic or pandemic back under the state control, bringing continuity of DHM's across the state for the citizens of Nebraska.  Simple put, this will prevent encroachment upon the personal liberty of citizens.

We like our independence, right?  We like our freedoms, right?  Take a coffee break and fight for them!!  Stop angrily typing on Facebook about the Health Director and the unfair mandates and START angrily typing to the Senators who can vote this bill out of committee!
