Join the Lancaster County Young Republicans for their February Meeting.  They will have Richard Meginnis who is running for City Council in District 2 as their speaker. They are excited to have him join them and tell all about himself and why he is running. They will also be talking shortly about the upcoming Lincoln Reagan dinner.
