A Resolution by the Lancaster Republican Party

to Thank and Congratulate Republican Lincoln City Council,

and School Board Member

 

September 7th, 2017

WHEREAS, on May 2nd, 2017, the City of Lincoln had a vote to determine who would become the three at-large officials for the Lincoln City Council, and four district Lincoln Public School Board members.  

RESOLVED, that the Lancaster County Republican Party is very grateful to, Roy Christensen, Tom Nesbitt, and Brayden McLaughlin for running for the Lincoln City Council.  We are aware of the time and dedication that it takes to run a city council campaign and we appreciate and salute their desire to serve our city.

RESOLVED, that the Lancaster County Republican Party is very appreciative of Lanny Boswell  for running for the Lincoln School Board.

RESOLVED, the Lancaster County Republican Party also wishes to convey its congratulations to Roy Christensen for being elected to the Lincoln City Council on May 2nd, 2017.  

RESOLVED, the Lancaster County Republican Party also wishes to convey its congratulations to Lanny Boswell (District 5) for being elected into the Lincoln School Board.  


SO THEREFORE, the Lancaster County Republican Party is very grateful to its candidates and volunteers who donated so much of their time, talents, and treasure towards this local election.

in Memory of Lynne Rustad

WHEREAS the Lancaster County Republican Party has prospered due to the dedication of committed volunteers

WHEREAS Lynne Rustad was passionate about Republican politics her entire adult life.

WHEREAS Lynne was an active member in the Republican Party.  She always believed that citizens needed to be involved in the process of governing their communities.

NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Lancaster County Republican Party recognizes the significant contributions of Lynne Rustad to the cause of good government over her many years of dedicated service.
